Microprocessor control unit - Blower Shaft - Purified water tank
The microprocessor control of the operation of the wastewater treatment plant represents a fully automated control of the amount of air supplied to the wastewater treatment plant. It regulates the individual technological processes operating in the wastewater treatment plant, automating, streamlining and making its operation cheaper. The microprocessor control of the wastewater treatment plant can also be partially serviced by phone.
The quality of materials, the structure of the control unit and its workmanship ensure faultless functionality even in a wet environment (IP 44). The control unit contains several standard modes of operation of the wastewater treatment plant as well as supplementary modes, such as the holiday or “cottage” modes. By comfortably selecting from the standard modes, electricity consumption can be reduced and the output of the wastewater treatment plant can be adjusted to the current loading.
In the event of an electric power outage or damage to the blower diaphragm, the control unit issues acoustic and visual signals. Having removed the problem (e.g., upon the restoration of power supply), the control unit will automatically return to the original mode, while the power outage remains recorded in the internal storage of the unit.
Even though the AQC control unit conceals in itself many other functionalities (machine-hour counter, reminders for service and for replacing the diaphragm, etc.) it does not require demanding maintenance. However, it will simultaneously make the work of the wastewater treatment plant highly efficient, thus increasing the comfort of the user.
The control unit can be placed in a garage, cellar or blower shaft. However, it should always be placed next to the blower, which is an integral part of the delivery of the wastewater treatment plant.
It is designated for customers whose wastewater treatment plant is placed at a distance of more than 5 m from the building (house, parking garage, technical room).
The blower shaft enables the mounting of the blower. It may be placed as close to the wastewater treatment plant as possible, thus ensuring the highest pressure of supplied air. The blower is accessible without any problems and is easy to control and service. The locking of the shaft, which serves primarily for the safety of children and as protection against theft is a new feature. In terms of design, it is in perfect harmony with the wastewater treatment plant.
The blower shaft is designated for AT 6 to AT 30 wastewater treatment plants.

Purified water tankThe purified water tank captures purified water from the AT wastewater treatment plant for the purpose of its further utilisation for the watering of trees or, as the case may be, re-pumping it into the flow, if its gravitational drainage is not possible.
It comes in various sizes from 0.5 m3 up to 10 m3, depending on requirements of the customer for the useful content of the tank. In its basic version, it is an all-plastic tank with a UV stabilised cover and inflow pipeline.
The purified water tank is designated for AT 6 to AT 30 wastewater treatment plants
An immersible pump with a floating switch, force pipeline and water division tank may be ordered in addition to all purified water tanks.
